At ShopLaunge, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 3-day return and refund policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth process.

Condition of Item: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable Items: Certain items, including but not limited to personalized items, gift cards, and downloadable software products, are non-returnable.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at shoplaunge@gmail.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Approval: Once we receive your return request, we will review it and send you instructions on how to return the item. Please note that we may request photos of the product to verify the return.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return the product, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
3. Refunds
Once your return is approved and processed, we will initiate your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Partial Refunds: If the product is returned used or in a damaged condition, we may issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item.

4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the replacement product.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you received a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a full refund or send a replacement product at no extra cost to you.
6. Late Returns
Returns made after the 3-day return period will not be accepted.
